Contact a garden club in your area. Those people know gardens, both privately and publicly owned.

Reply:You stated that you want anywhere from De to Fl. Tell me if DE is closer to what you want and how big do you need the garden to be?

Reply:do youhave public gardens in those states?? In Boston we have the public gardens you need a permit to setup chairs to say i do! You would get that at city hall! I am not sure if they allow food so you would have to rent something like that! Check local parks to see if this an be done closer to your state!

Reply:The garden clubs are a great idea, if you can't find one of them there is usually some sort of Arboretum or greenhouse open to the public in every major metropolitan area there is.
You can also call your local city parks and recreation department and they will direct you.
