What scents come to mind for the word "Tropical".?

I am in product development and would like some consumer imput. What scents come to mind when you hear the word "Tropical". The obvious answers are fruits and flowers. What else can you come up with?

What scents come to mind for the word "Tropical".?
Well, yes, the overwhelming associations are with fruits and flowers, as you say--------coconut, pineapple, lotus blossoms, lei garlands, etc.

But also perhaps some sea breeze scents, something sort of ocean-y.

And maybe also a sort of rich, earthy smell, something like patchouli, in a way, sort of loamy and "rain forest."

I would have to add that a sunscreen or sun lotion scent evokes a beachy or tropical feeling for me.

Okay, this maybe wierd, but I'm also thinking of the smell of straw hats and grass skirts.

Ahh, Hawaii...
